About the Lounge
Do not forget to visit this beach lounge in the first place, especially if you are planning to go to the Ubud Food Festival. You can see the scenery of Batu Bolong Beach from this lounge. It provides ample seating arrangements on the green lawn. You can even choose the one on the tatami or the beanbags outside the building. Enjoying sunset at the Batbolong Beach while sipping your cocktail would be one of the best experiences you have.
The Menu
Other than various amazing drinks, this beach lounge also offers some interesting menu featuring international cuisines with the twist of local tastes. Its tuna ceviche comes with red chili, lime, grape tomatoes, and coconut cream that can be enjoyed with IDR 90,000. If you are into some meaty foods, you can try its pork belly for IDR 120,000. It is inspired by local tastes and served with cauliflower puree, chorizo crumbs, and apple slaw. Do not worry because this place has menus carved for kids, vegetarians, and vegans.
As we have mentioned earlier, this place also serves a series of signature drinks. It has imported and local beers such as Albens ciders, San Miguels, Heineken, Bintang for between IDR 50,000 and IDR 80,000. All cocktails are priced IDR 120,000 and the one you should try named “The Sundowner”. It is the mixture of Cointreau and Gordon’s Gin along with aromatic bitters, homemade wedding tea, egg whites, red grape puree, honey, grape syrup, and orange juice.
For a jug, you can pay for IDR 250,000 and share it for three adults or more. As we also mentioned earlier, the kids can enjoy a series of kids’ smoothies and fresh juices. Spending time at the Lawn Canggu is one of the must-do things when you are in Bali especially if you just want to chill at the beach with a cocktail in your hand.
